Аналитики портала учли накопленные в ежемесячных исследованиях позиции банков, а также рассмотрели текущие условия дебетовых карт в банковских линейках. При составлении рейтинга эксперты анализировали такие параметры, как стоимость выпуска и обслуживания карты, размер кешбэка на все покупки и в специальных категориях, а также его лимит, правила начисления и обмена бонусных баллов на рубли.
