Власти Югры ищут инвестора для восстановления старинного дома в Ханты-Мансийске — Фото дом.рф

В Ханты-Мансийске ищут инвестора для восстановления объекта культурного наследия регионального значения — жилого дома в старой части города. Об этом сообщает РИЦ «Югра». Двухэтажное деревянное здание находится на улице Кирова, 22. По размеру, этажности и количеству окон специалисты предполагают, что в XIX-XX веках оно могло принадлежать крупному купцу или чиновнику.

Дом сохранился в удовлетворительном состоянии и после реставрации сможет получить новое назначение, в том числе использоваться в хозяйственной деятельности.

Объект выставили на продажу через конкурс. Подробные сведения о здании, условиях передачи и необходимых документах размещены на портале торгов и платформе наследие.дом.рф.

Для инвесторов, готовых вложиться в восстановление памятника, действует программа льготного кредитования. Также предусмотрены региональные меры поддержки в рамках сопровождения инвестиционных проектов в Югре.

В ДОМ.РФ напомнили: «Обращаем внимание потенциальных инвесторов на необходимость заблаговременного изучения ограничений и обязательств, связанных с владением объектом культурного наследия. Кроме того, при проведении реставрации таких зданий обязательным условием является привлечение лицензированной организации, а также обеспечение авторского и строительного надзора».

Напомним, что в Сургуте уже более 10 лет не продвигается вопрос о восстановлении здания первой городской школы, ныне Дома пионеров.
