«Приняли решение, что данная мера поддержки будет предоставляться одному из родителей (законных представителей), являющемуся гражданином Российской Федерации, при регистрации рождения ребенка в ЗАГСе Югры», ‒ указал глава региона в своих соцсетях.

Речь идет о карте «Расту в Югре» номиналом 20 тысяч рублей. Ранее ее могли получить и иностранные граждане без российского гражданства.

Напомним, в 2023 году карту «Расту в Югре» получили 266 семей иностранных граждан на общую сумму 5,3 млн рублей, а в 2024 году ‒ уже 387 семей на сумму 7,7 млн рублей.

Какое отношение иностранные граждане имеют к Югре? «Понаехали, чтобы воспользоваться нашей добротой»? 20 тысяч рублей иностранцу на карту, при рождении ребенка, шутка ли? Он их 20 тысяч рублей, «пропьёт, собака». Ярмарка неслыханной щедрости была «имени Натальи Комаровой».
