Она передала мальчика биологической матери из Москвы, но вскоре передумала. Теперь женщинам грозит уголовное наказание, рассказали в телеграм-канале «NEFT».

«В мае 2022 года 31-летняя женщина искала биологических родителей, чтобы стать суррогатной матерью. В Интернете она познакомилась с другой женщиной, выразившей готовность воспользоваться ее услугами по вынашиванию ребенка. Пройдя в частной клинике процедуру ЭКО с использованием биологического материала, подозреваемая забеременела. 3 ноября 2023 года женщина родила мальчика, которого передала биологической матери, получив за это около одного млн рублей. При этом какие-либо документы не оформлялись, все договоренности имели устный характер», − сообщили в пресс-службе СУ СКР. Глава ведомства Александр Бастрыкин заинтересовался происходящим и попросил предоставить доклад о предварительном расследовании уголовного дела.

В настоящее время жизни ребенка ничего не угрожает. Малыша поместили в специализированное медицинского учреждение.
