Ханты-Мансийский райсуд вынес приговор по делу девчоки, которую покусала собака. С соответствующим иском в суд ранее обратился межрайонный прокурор, сообщает пресс-служба окружного надзорного ведомства.

Инцидент произошел в июне 2022 года в Ханты-Мансийске. На девочку напала собака, принадлежащая местной жительнице. Ребенка с травмами доставили в больницу.

«В силу закона выгул домашних животных должен осуществляться при условии обязательного обеспечения безопасности граждан, животных, сохранности имущества физических лиц и юридических лиц. Из норм гражданского законодательства следует, что владельцы домашних животных обязаны возместить причиненный их питомцами вред, в том числе моральный, пострадавшему лицу», - отметили в пресс-службе прокуратуры ХМАО.

Суд удовлетворил иск и взыскал с хозяйки собаки компенсацию морального вреда в размере 295 тыс рублей.
