В Сургуте строители заменили кровлю главного павильона Центрального рынка. Сейчас подрядчик приступает к внутренней отделке: демонтируют старые конструкции и заново прокладывают инженерные сети. По словам инвестора, состояние рынка оказалось хуже ожидаемого, передает sitv.ru.

«Очень плохо было произведено строительство. Соответственно, сейчас стены разбираем, будем заново их возводить, пол будет новый. Крышу мы заменили полностью. На данный момент идет покрытие огнеупорной краской конструкции крыши», – сообщил исполнительный директор компании Николай Шадюк.

Из-за необходимости доработки проекта к активной фазе работ приступили только в 2025 году. Сейчас на объекте ежедневно работают 12-15 человек, с потеплением планируется увеличение числа бригад.

«У нас планируется до конца лета закончить центральный зал, фасад и центральный вход», – отметил Шадюк.

После реконструкции рынок изменит формат: в здании появится фудмолл с фермерскими павильонами, ресторанами и сетевым продуктовым магазином.

Работы ведутся поэтапно, торговля продолжается в других залах. Предприниматели отмечают, что обновление было необходимо.

«У нас протекала крыша, постоянно забивалась канализация, отключался свет, не было нужных мощностей. Люди, которые приходили к нам, недоумевали: вроде бы Сургут, нефтяная столица России, но рынок такой, как будто это придомовой киоск», – рассказала предприниматель Марина Демидова.

Первым после ремонта планируют открыть фермерский павильон. Завершить реконструкцию Центрального рынка рассчитывают в 2027 году.
