«Кто будет делать набережную, за которую голосуют сейчас по проекту «Формирование комфортной городской среды»? Случайно не «Брусника», которая собирается комплексно развивать эту территорию? Проект благоустройства правого рукава водохранилища Саймы − от магазина «Изида» до Дворца торжеств − будет делать подрядчик в рамках заключения муниципального контракта через конкурсную процедуру, уточнил корреспонденту заместитель главы города Алексей Фокеев.

«Есть уже проект, разработанный «УКС». Там выделены четыре этапа, вот за реализацию двух этапов в районе СОКБ (2.1. и 2.2) мы сейчас голосуем за счет средств федерального, окружного и местного бюджетов в рамках ФКГС. Мы и другие части включили в голосование на следующий год. Здесь это достаточно простые решения пешеходные. А вот остаток − в обязательстве будет у «Брусники». «Брусника» будет делать в единых стилистических решениях относительно квартала застройки», − пояснил он.

Голубым цветом выделили обустройство современной набережной.

Согласно презентации по КРТ, презентованной на совместном комитете Думы города, «Брусника» планирует благоустроить набережную реки Саймы от улицы Университетской до СурГУ площадью 31,8 тыс. кв. м.
