Кроме того ПолПред Президента в УрФО Артем Владимирович Жога в Сургуте посетил Западно-Сургутское нефтяное месторождение и Центр политехнического обучения ПАО «Сургутнефтегаз», которое за весь период своего функционирования подготовило 1 млн специалистов для нефтяной промышленности. Первой точкой визита Артема Жога в Югру стал «Город трудовой доблести» Ханты-Мансийск. В аэропорту его встречал Губернатор Югры Руслан Николаевич Кухарук. Впрочем протокольная служба Губернатора кажется допустила «косяк», ведь по закону высшего гостеприимства в духе возрождения традиционных духовных ценностей гостей и официальных лиц такого уровня принято встречать «с хлебом-солью». Для Югры возможен вариант высшего гостеприимства гостей и официальных лиц на местные хантыйские традиции. Но к сожалению у борта самолета авиакомпании «Ямал» такого торжественного действа гостеприимства в Ханты-Мансийске не наблюдалось.
