До Думы документ не дошел, по всей видимости, в нем были выявлены критические замечания, которые, потребуют пересмотра документа и повторного прохождения процедуры публичных слушаний. Ориентировочно это может произойти осенью. Вряд ли мы увидим кардинальные изменения в новом Генплане и ПЗЗ, но у жителей и бизнеса теперь есть время изучить подробно разработанный проект и в следующий раз прийти на слушания еще более подготовленными», − говорится в публикации.

Подчеркнем, что в ходе публичного обсуждения проекта поступило более 100 замечаний и предложений. Специальная комиссия приняла около половины из них.
