Пристегнись или плати: за непристегнутый ремень могут ввести двойной штраф и оплату лечения

В Госдуму поступит законопроект, который увеличит штраф за езду без ремня безопасности или без мотошлема с 1,5 до 3 тыс. рублей. Инициатором изменений стал лидер партии «Справедливая Россия – За правду» Сергей Миронов, а соавтором – вице-президент Национального автомобильного союза Антон Шапарин, сообщает ТАСС.

С 1 января 2025 года этот штраф вырос с 1 тыс. рублей до 1,5 тыс. рублей. Однако, как отмечается в пояснительной записке к законопроекту, этого недостаточно для повышения безопасности на дорогах.

Кроме того, авторы инициативы предлагают запретить продажу заглушек для ремней безопасности, которые отключают систему напоминания в автомобилях. По словам Миронова, такие устройства создают ложное чувство безопасности, но в случае ДТП значительно увеличивают риск тяжелых травм и смертельных исходов.

«Люди покупают их, думая, что обойдется. Потом попадают в аварии, гибнут или лечатся годами от последствий ДТП, хотя по результатам краш-тестов хорошо известно, что непристегнутые пассажиры имеют высочайшую вероятность получения серьезных травм, часто не совместимых с жизнью», − передает его слова пресс-служба фракции.

Глава Национального автомобильного союза также добавил, что предлагается рассмотреть поправки, согласно которым водители, пострадавшие в ДТП и не пристегнутые в момент аварии, должны будут самостоятельно оплачивать лечение, добавили в телеграм-канале Mash.
