Пока криминала нет, по дорогам Югры возят пассажиров изношенные автобусы со сроком эксплуатации более 10 лет.
А Губернаторы из других регионов издают распоряжения о не допуске муниципальными и частными перевозчиками для работы в городском общественном транспорте автобусов старше 10 лет. А к участию в госзакупках и торгах допускают перевозчиков, у которых автобусы не старше 7,5 лет. А бывшего градоначальника Тюмени, а ныне Врио Губернатора Югры Руслана Кухарука автобусы на городских маршрутах Тюмени имели срок эксплуатации не старше 6,5 года.
Заучились там в МВА Градоначальники и стали искать опыт подальше от «клятой» Тюмени: то на Северо-Западе, то на Дальнем Востоке. Хотя опыт работы городского общественного транспорта находился рядом в Тюмени, у Градоначальника Тюмени, а ныне Врио Губернатора Югры Руслана Кухарука. Нет не обладал Градоначальник Сургута Андрей Филатов даром предвидения!
Между тем, я неоднократно писал, что нужно Филатову съездить в Тюмень, и грубо говоря, «содрать» на кальку работу тюменского городского общественного транспорта. Не надо этих «ученых ОТСлаб», не надо этот нам «сахалинский опыт», ибо у нас рельсоавтобусы не ходят. Но получилось то, что получилось. «Ездил Киселев за семь вёрст, киселя хлебать». И в результате главный идеолог реформы, Гендиректор СПОПАТ и советник по общественному транспорту Кирилл Киселев, грубо, говоря сбежал. А «реформа Киселева» досталась теперь новому Градоначальнику Максиму Слепову. Впрочем общественность Сургута берет паузу в критике городских властей на период вхождения Максима Николаевича Слепова в дела, оставленные ему «опытными градоначальниками». Однако по хорошему, новому Градоначальнику лучше всего провести аудит и заслать КРУ в СПОПАТ, чтобы понять, что натворили прежние Директора СПОПАТ, начиная от Попова, получившего уголовный срок за махинации с бензином. Впрочем, аудит, КРУ и Счетная Палата, как мне кажется, должна побывать не только у транспортников. Потому что принимать дела от И.О. Градоначальника Сургута Людмилы Батраковой, по «упрщенке»: «город сдал- город принял», я считаю опрометчиво. «Косяки» в ГА были, есть и будут. Понятно, что это не Юганск, что это не Вартовск, но жалоб на работу ГА именно при Андрее Филатова стало не просто много, а очень много. И не только на работу городского общественного транспорта, где нарушили сложившуюся годами автобусную маршрутную сеть и «забили» на обновление автобусного парка. По сути за три года Андрей Филатов «открыл ящик Пандоры», проблем которые так не смог ни купировать, ни радикально решить.
