В октябре россияне оформили 471 000 загранпаспортов. Это на 48 000 больше по сравнению с сентябрем, следует из опубликованных данных МВД РФ о миграционной ситуации в стране.

Всего за первые десять месяцев 2022 года россияне получили 4,35 млн загранпаспортов. За аналогичный период в 2021 году было выдано 3,24 млн документов, пишет РБК.

Уточняется, что рост числа оформленных в октябре загранпаспортов стал исключением - традиционно этот показатель снижается после периода летних отпусков. Например, в 2021 году МВД выдало 355 000 загранпаспортов в октябре. Аналогичная ситуация была и в 2018-2019 годах.

Число оформленных в октябре загранпаспортов стало максимальным с марта, когда россияне получили 553 000 документов. По сравнению с февралем этот показатель вырос на 36%.

21 сентября президент РФ Владимир Путин объявил частичную мобилизацию. После этого россияне стали массово покидать страну. На сайтах агрегаторов билетов и авиаперевозчиков закончились билеты в безвизовые страны, а на сухопутных границах образовались пробки, напоминают «Ведомости». Согласно открытым данным ФСБ, число выездов россиян в Казахстан, Армению, Киргизию, Таджикистан, Монголию и Абхазию с июля по сентябрь 2022 года стало рекордным за пять лет.
