Пришла весна. Настоящая, теплая. Снег, как положено, тает. Лужи, лужи... целые реки воды! Весна выявляет все просчеты в проектировании дорог и тротуаров, а также отвечает на вопрос, какими руками делался ремонт дорог. Некоторые хочется сразу «обрубать» по саму голову.

Итак, что мы имеем? Много воды, неудобства, промоченные ноги, простуды и ропот горожан. Не то что бы громкий. Так, повизгивание отдельных городских сумасшедших. Паблики забиты фото и видео, все как всегда. А чиновник – он же ученый. Не первую весну переживает. Знает – пошумят и утихнут. Сойдет негодование на нет, вместе с лужами.

Вся это неприятная ситуация говорит только о некомпетентности проектировщиков, корявых руках подрядчиков, а также сомнительной способности власти что-то с этим сделать. Не хотят ремонтировать тротуары. Ну не кошерно это! Вот дороги – да! Там и объем, там и размах. И отчет пойдет красивый. Люди пусть прыгают через лужи, здоровее станут.

Задался вопросом, кто же принимает новые дороги?! Ба! Даже общественность есть! Представлено ОНФ. Кто они такие? Что, кроме того, что говорить умеют – могут? А ничего! Просто люди «из общества». Помните, фильм есть и спектакль «Миллион в брачной корзине»? Подробно было описано кто такой «человек из общества». Ничего не знают а туда же!

Пример: приемка нового участка, продолжение ул. Геологической до Югорского тракта.

Есть переход, со стороны ЖК «Возрождения». Там все качество дороги видно! Прямо невооруженным взглядом. Лужища на пешеходном переходе. Хотя есть колодец в нескольких метрах, куда должна уходить самотеком вода. Но она не идет! Ибо «руки делающие» задрали решетку выше уровня дороги. Все, лужа!

А пешеходный переход в конце дома на Югорской, 34. Как идти? Бродни нужны! А дети как-то идут в школу. И всем все равно.

Понимаю, денег нет, но на собак находят? А на людей, ремонт тротуаров – нет?! Тысячу отговорок и отписок придумают, но про людей забудут. Пусть ходят, как хотят! Вот это есть отношение к простым людям. К тем, кто ходит в школу и больницу, кто идет с колясками и тростью. Никому нет дела! И не будет до тех пор, пока сверху не окрикнут. Больше никому не нужно.
